Linda brings close to three decades of experience in elder law, estate planning, trusts, guardianship law, and probate estates.
Her keen interest in elder law has built her expertise, as well as her understanding of the importance of compassion in dealing with clients who are enduring emotionally difficult times.
A frequent speaker on issues related to elder law and estate planning, she has been honored in Buffalo Spree Magazine and in Who’s Who in Law in Business First of Buffalo.
Linda is a graduate of the University of Akron School of Law (1994) and holds a B.S in Criminal Justice from the SUNY College at Buffalo (1991). She is the 8th Judicial District Delegate for the New York State Bar Association’s Elder Law and Special Needs Section. Additionally, Linda is also Chairperson of the Surrogate’s Court Committee for the Bar Association of Erie County, as well as a member of various professional associations.
