Linda brings three decades of experience in elder law, estate planning, trusts, guardianship law, and probate estates.

Linda’s keen interest in elder law has helped build her professional proficiency, with compassion in helping clients through emotionally difficult times.

A frequent speaker on issues related to elder law and estate planning, she has been honored in Buffalo Spree Magazine, Who’s Who in Law by Buffalo’s Business First and Super Lawyers.

Linda is a graduate of the University of Akron School of Law (1994) and holds a B.S. in Criminal Justice from SUNY Buffalo State University (1991). She is a former 8th Judicial District Delegate for the New York State Bar Association’s Elder Law and Special Needs Section. Additionally, Linda currently serves as Chairperson of the Surrogate’s Court Committee for the Bar Association of Erie County, as well as a member of various professional associations.
