Daniel J. Schuller is a graduate of SUNY Buffalo School of Law, cum laude, and received his Bachelor of Science from Canisius College. Previously, Daniel was a partner at Hall, Ricketts, Schuller & Gurbacki, P.C. where his practice concentrated in matrimonial law, family law, estate planning, and elder law. Since 2011, a significant part of his practice has focused on elder law and estate planning. At PB Elder Law, Daniel continues to focus his practice on estate planning, trusts, guardianships, Medicaid, and matrimonial and family law. He serves as Co-Chairperson of the Matrimonial Law Committee for the Bar Association of Erie County.

Daniel was featured in Artvoice’s 2015 Buffalo’s Finest Profile Series, a series highlighting Buffalo professionals who demonstrate continued excellence in law, healthcare, education, technology and business for 2015. Daniel also was nominated a Super Lawyers Rising Star each year from 2018-2024. He has also received the Avvo Clients’ Choice Award each year from 2015 to 2020.
